    We feature traditional BBQ fare as well as some of our own unique creations. Our pit-master loves to experiment with new things and is open to creating custom menu items based on your ideas as well. From the traditional BBQ Chicken to our own special smoked Rack of Ribs we have everything in between to satisfy your palette.

    Our secret to success is simple. We start with the finest meats using only Angus Beef CAB , Fresh chicken and local home grown hogs. Then we use high quality herbs and spices in our marinate and rubs (which is our own secret combination).   • The Hog Roast

    We feel our method of cooking the whole hog is superior to others. First, we start with a Local raised "all natural" pig. Our motto? Buy Local. Eat Local. Selecting the pig at a prime age is an important step in our mission to create meat full of flavor —not fat. We slowly roast and smoke the pig for 10-12 hours. Each "smoking schedule" is customized for your event... so you and your guests can enjoy meat "hot out of the smoker". How's that for fresh!

    Once we arrive at your location our pit master displays your whole hog. Your guests will love interacting with our staff, as we answer questions about the process and the qualities of a good smoked pig. Our whole-pig displays are quite the conversation starter... as well as a hub of entertainment for your guests!
